By July, the South Jersey Shore area is in its summer stride. Days are much warmer, the beaches are buzzing, and family traditions—old and new—are unfolding under the sun.
Whether it’s catching fireworks on the beach, gathering around a backyard barbecue, or simply soaking in the sea breeze, this is the heart of the season we all usually wait for.
I have to tell you, we’re seeing that same energy reflected in the real estate market. From second homes to forever homes, activity remains strong as buyers and sellers make the most of these golden weeks.

Be aware of the crazy distracted bad car drivers out there this time of the year. I just had someone run a red light in Northfield and hit me going over the speed limit, and my car is in the shop now getting repaired. I was hurt some, and I will eventually be fine. So things can happen extremely fast, so be careful, especially on holidays, crazy drivers are the worst then!
