Great to see the warm weather today and tomorrow. People are starting to get their vegetable gardens ready,
and before you know it, soon you may be complaining that you have to cut your grass too many times now by May. 🙂
The real estate market in the greater South Jersey shore, is the same as it has been for the last 3 years, with not enough inventory for sale, which still gives most sellers a leg up in pricing, but not as much as they had in the past 2 years. Starting to see some price reductions more often now.
Activity is good now with the Spring season kicking in. I look forward to doing Zoom real estate and finance seminars with two well known mortgage professionals in the next 5 months straight. There are still very attractive rates for 1st time homebuyers and rural housing buyers.
I noticed on market segment that has picked up in inventory and sales is the 55 plus community sales, the last 2 months, more than the last 2 years.
How do you think the Philadelphia Phillies will do this year? They almost blew a game today with a big lead, but one by one point. Comes down to hitting consistently and pitching and key players staying healthy I assume as always. They certainly have the talent do win it all. Glad to see Kyle Schwarber finally batting clean up or 4th, and not lead off or bat 1st position, a lot now—it produces more runs! Enjoy the Spring season! Gary.
