Happy Labor Day Weekend 2025- Great Weather!

Labor Day, the official Wikipedia explanation is: a federal holiday in the United States celebrated on the first Monday in September to honor and recognize the American labor movement and the works and contributions of the laborers to the development and achievements of the United States.

That is great, but it is also at the end of this holiday that we, being near the shore areas find more open and much better location parking spots in the shore towns and less traffic jams on the Parkway and  the AC Expressway! “Shoobies go home”,  is the chant heard by many, wanting less traffic.

We are having a little crab fest with 2 bushels of cleaned crabs by a pool, with our family. A tradition we have done for many years.  Does your family have any traditions on this holiday? I hope you and your family get some good quality time, and enjoy this beautiful weather.

Football is starting this Saturday for college and the Superbowl champion Eagles, kickoff the NFL regular season games soon this Thursday Sept 4th against Dallas at 8:20pm in Philly. The next 6 weeks are my favorite time of the year. The air is getting crisp at night and the days are usually boasting great weather.

The local real estate market is starting to slowing pick up some with inventory getting listed for sale, and the interest rates are highly anticipated to be reduced in September, so the market should be busy and picking up even more.
