Closed sales down 17 % year to date. However days on the market are down 26 % due to tight inventory still.
Median Sales Price rose up 1.7 % YTD to an average of $389,000.00

Townhouse/Condo segment up 38.5 % on new listing inventory, along with closed sales YTD up 17.6 % and average
sales price is up to $175,000 for townhouse/condo segment.

Adult Community–55 plus living- New listings up 42.9% which helped get the closed sales up 8.3% in this segment.
Median sales price actually went down YTD from $368,000 to $352,000 which is down 4.3% in the 55 plus living.
