Ventnor, NJ 08406 Year To Date Real Estate Sales Stats…

New listings year to date are down just a small 2.1 %
Closed sales down 9.9 % for single family homes, however the median sales price for a single family home has jumped up to $783,500 that is up a big 16.1%.
Days on the market-DOM– is down 18.2% to just an average of 54 days on the market. So single family homes are moving in Ventnor!
Townhouse/Condo Segment- New listing inventory is up 35.2% and closed sales YTD are down 13.3%
DOM–Days on the market is down 20% to 44 days.
